Description:
I facilitate these playshops being attentive to the group's collective intelligence and its needs. A program then emerges in resonance with the energy and the coherence of each group.
This playshop invites you to other dimensions of your being, vaster perceptions, and new understandings . . .
I suggest time and space to share experiences among participants and I also invite you to silence, deep listening to the environment, its energies and your feelings.
I propose an introduction and a framework within which different explorations become possible. These explorations are inspired by practices such as:
_ The 5 rhythms of Gabriel Roth®
_ Soul Motion of Vinn Marti®
_ Contact Improvisation®
_ Kinetic meditation
_ Intuitive dance
_ Spontaneous improvisation (alone, duo or in groups)
_ Cellular and body communication

This playshop is also an invitation to a different way of apprehending yourself, perceiving what you are as a human being, and understanding your world in a more unified consciousness and within a more sovereign experience.
Practical details:
To register, please fill in the form at the top of this page.
Open to all age groups, all physical conditions (even differently-abled people), and with no previous experience of dance required.
_ I suggest you wear comfortable clothes. Easy to move with and that you can change if you get to warm or cold.
_ Bring sufficient water for the whole day.
_ A cloth or blanket to sit on and cover with for inner explorations.
_ For Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch I invite you to share a potluck lunch, each participant brings something to share with everyone.
_ On Saturday a simple, organic lunch will be cooked by Manuela for 5€/pers.
_ Possibility to sleep overnight in the playshop hall or your own tent or camping van. Please bring your sleeping bag and camping mattress.
_ Contribution for place renting will be 25€ (10 for sleeping + 15 for room rent).

Ich ermögliche Spielshops in dem ich der kollektiven Intelligenz der Gruppe und ihrer Bedürfnisse Aufmerksamkeit zolle.
Daraus ergibt sich ein Programm in Resonanz mit der Energie und der Kohärenz von jeder Gruppe.
Dieser Playshop lädt dich dazu ein, neue Dimensionen deines Wesens, intensivere Wahrnehmungen und neue Erkenntnisse zu erfahren.
Ich schlage Zeit und Ort vor um Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer miteinander zu teilen und ich lade dich ein zu Stille, tiefes zuhören deiner Umgebung deren Energien und deiner Gefühle.
Ich biete eine Einführung und einen Rahmen an, innerhalb dessen unterschiedliche Erfahrungen möglich werden.
Diese Erfahrungen wurden durch folgenden Praktiken inspiriert:

- Die „Soul Motion“ nach Vinn Marti
- Kontakt improvisation
- Kinetische Meditation
- Intuitiver Tanz
- Spontane Improvisation (alleine, zu zweit oder in der Gruppe)
- Kommunikation auf zellulärer und körperlicher Ebene

Dieser Playshop ist auch eine Einladung, dich selbst auf eine neue Art und Weise zu verstehen, dich selbst als Mensch wahrzunehmen und deine Welt in einem vollkommeneren Bewusstsein und aufgrund einer erhabeneren Erfahrung zu spüren.
Praktische Details:
_ Wenn du dich anmelden möchtest, fülle bitte das Formular am Seitenanfang vollständig aus.
_ Der Playshop ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet, unabhängig von körperlicher Verfassung oder etwaigen Handicaps.
_ Tanzerfahrung wird nicht vorausgesetzt.
_ Bitte bequeme Kleidung mitbringen, in der du dich gut bewegen kannst bzw. du dich umziehen kannst, falls dir zu heiß oder zu kalt wird.
_ Bitte genug Trinkwasser mitbringen für den ganzen Tag, sowie ein Tuch oder eine decke um dich während deiner inneren Erfahrungen darauf niederzusetzen oder zuzudecken.
_ Samstag Mittag gibt es ein vegetarisches, biologisches Mittagessen - € 5,-/Pers.
_ Samstag Abend und Sonntag Mittag gibt es ein gemeinsames Buffet - du bist eingeladen, einen Beitrag dafür mitzubringen.
_ Übernachtungsmöglichkeit direkt vor Ort imSeminarraum mit Schlafsack und Isomatte, im eigenen Zelt oder Campingbus.
Kosten: € 10,-
Beitrag für den Raum: € 15,-
Ich ziehe es vor, mit nicht mehr als 15 Teilnehmern zu arbeiten. 12 Personen wäre das Optimum für die beste Gruppenerfahrung. Bitte warte nicht bis zur letzten Minute, um dich anzumelden oder deine Freunde einzuladen, wenn dich diese Einladung anspricht.
