Description:
I facilitate these workshops being attentive to the group's collective intelligence and its needs. A program then emerges in resonance with the energy and the coherence of each group.
This workshop invites you to other dimensions of your being, vaster perceptions, and new understandings of who you are and what you radiate around yourself. . .
I suggest time and space to share experiences among participants and I also invite you to silence, deep listening to the environment, its energies, your feelings and those of others.
I propose an introduction and a framework within which different explorations become possible. These explorations are inspired by practices such as:
_ The 5 rhythms of Gabriel Roth®
_ Soul Motion of Vinn Marti®
_ Contact Improvisation®
_ Kinetic meditation
_ Intuitive dance
_ Mime and clowning
_ Spontaneous improvisation (alone, duo or in groups)
_ Cellular and body communication

This workshop is specially designed for performing stage artists: Actors and actresses, singers, dancers, stories tellers, lecturers, facilitators, etc…
You’ll be invited to discover and explore your body awareness to allow a more authentic and powerful way to express your role or message. Successful professional stage performing requires a keen awareness of your energetic radiance and kinetic actions or inactions, and a conscious relation to the language they communicate. This is the language that will be spoken in this workshop.
This workshop is also an invitation to a different way of apprehending yourself, perceiving what you are as a human being, and understanding your world in a more unified consciousness and within a more sovereign experience.
Practical details:

Open to all age groups, all physical conditions (even differently-abled people), and no previous experience of dance or acting is required.
_ I suggest you wear comfortable clothes. Easy to move with and that you can change if you get to warm or cold.
_ Bring sufficient water for the whole day.
_ A cloth or blanket to sit on and cover with for inner explorations.
_ And I also invite you to share a potluck lunch, each participant brings something to share with everyone.

Ich ermögliche workshops in dem ich der kollektiven Intelligenz der Gruppe und ihrer Bedürfnisse Aufmerksamkeit zolle.
Daraus ergibt sich ein Programm in Resonanz mit der Energie und der Kohärenz von jeder Gruppe.

In speziellen Übungen werde ich individuell auf die einzelnen Teilnehmer eingehen und sie darin unterstützen.
Dieser workshopr richtet sich auch an Darstellende Künstler. SchauspielerInnen können dieses neue Körperbewußtsein in ihre Rolle integrieren, um auch wirklich in den Körper hinein zu spüren, um authentisch zu sein. Eine Rolle kann man erst natürlich und souverän spielen, wenn das eigene Körperbewusstsein geschult wird. Um so mehr man seinen Körper kennt, desto besser werden die Möglichkeiten, sich als professioneller Schauspieler zu verwirklichen.
Dieser workshopr richtet sich auch an Darstellende Künstler. SchauspielerInnen können dieses neue Körperbewußtsein in ihre Rolle integrieren, um auch wirklich in den Körper hinein zu spüren, um authentisch zu sein. Dieser workshop ist auch eine Einladung, dich selbst auf eine neue Art und Weise zu verstehen, dich selbst als Mensch wahrzunehmen und deine Welt in einem vollkommenen Bewusstsein und aufgrund einer erhabeneren Erfahrung zu spüren.
Praktische Details:
_ Wenn du dich anmelden möchtest, fülle bitte das Formular am Seitenanfang vollständig aus.
_ Der Playshop ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet, unabhängig von körperlicher Verfassung oder etwaigen Handicaps.
_ Tanzerfahrung wird nicht vorausgesetzt.
_ Bitte bequeme Kleidung mitbringen, in der du dich gut bewegen kannst bzw. du dich umziehen kannst, falls dir zu heiß oder zu kalt wird.
_ Bitte genug Trinkwasser mitbringen für den ganzen Tag, sowie ein Tuch oder eine decke um dich während deiner inneren Erfahrungen darauf niederzusetzen oder zuzudecken.
_ Ich lade auch zu einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen ein, bei dem jeder Teilnehmer etwas mitbringt, um es mit den anderen zu teilen.
Ich ziehe es vor, mit nicht mehr als 15 Teilnehmern zu arbeiten. 12 Personen wäre das Optimum für die beste Gruppenerfahrung. Bitte warte nicht bis zur letzten Minute, um dich anzumelden oder deine Freunde einzuladen, wenn dich diese Einladung anspricht.
